Door Hanger — Bronco Roofing × Prodigy

A leave-behind for Bronco's door-knockers in Evergreen and Summit County. Three directions — the notice, the quiet card and the four options — plus a second wording of the notice that makes no claim about the individual household. All co-branded, all carrying (720) 655-1482, all at the DO-NOT-DISTURB hotel trim you described, front and back. Pick a direction (or a front from one and a back from another) and it goes to print.

Flattened raster page at exact trim, plus an invisible searchable text layer. Request a hard proof before any press run.

The Notice (A, as briefed) — Borrows the visual language of something you are obliged to read — a bordered stamp, a flat statement, no sales voice — and is the direction most likely to be read standing at the door rather than binned on sight. Nothing on it implies it came from a fire authority; the co-brand is on the face. Its headline states that the household is in the fire zone, which is the wording in the brief and the reason Revision B below exists.

Carries an unverified per-property claim — The face reads “Your home is in the fire zone.” under a WILDFIRE ZONE NOTICE stamp. A door hanger is unaddressed, so this piece cannot have checked the property it lands on. Kept because it is the briefed wording — approve it only if Bronco is content to assert it door to door; otherwise take Revision B.

Production specification

Trim size
3.5 x 8.5in (88.9 x 215.9mm) — standard hotel door-hanger format
Die
1.75in hole, centred, 1.34in from the top, with a 0.5in slot to the top edge
Sides
Two — every concept is supplied front and back, printed 4/4
Stock
16pt C2S gloss or matte cover, or 14pt with UV. Not text weight — it hangs on a handle outdoors
Finish
Matte or soft-touch recommended for The Quiet Card; gloss suits The Notice and Four Options
Bleed
Choose “Vendor artwork” above: 0.125in bleed on all four sides (3.75 x 8.75in media), with real /TrimBox and /BleedBox written into the PDF. “Review copy” is exact 3.5 x 8.5in trim for reading and marking up
Safe area
All type sits ≥8mm inside trim, and nothing legible is placed above the 64mm shoulder line — the top 58mm is colour only because the 1.75in knockout is half the width of the sheet
File nature
Flattened raster page (~285dpi) with an invisible searchable text layer. NOT vector: send the vendor artwork PDF, and ask for a hard proof before the run
Colour
CMYK. Brand Primary Gold #B08C2F and Primary Dark #231F20 for all text — ask the printer to match to the gold on the Prodigy brochure
Contact
(720) 655-1482 appears on both faces of all four concepts
Partner logo
Bronco Roofing’s own logo file has not been supplied — their name is set in type in the reserved co-brand position. See “Outstanding before print” below

Outstanding before print

  • Bronco Roofing logo file — not supplied

All four concepts currently show “Bronco Roofing Company” as typeset text beside the official Prodigy lockup. Nothing here is a drawn or imitated Bronco mark. Send vector (AI/EPS/SVG) or a transparent PNG at least 1200px wide and it drops into the same reserved position on both faces of every concept — layout unchanged.

    Needs: Phillip Chavez (Bronco)

  • Concept 1A asserts the household is in the fire zone

Kept because it is the briefed wording, with Revision B offered beside it as the evidence-safe alternative. One of the two has to be chosen before print — they are different claims, and an approval of one is not an approval of the other.

    Needs: Phillip + Kimberly

  • Independent visual acceptance has not happened

Builder checks only: geometry, safe area, export page size and boxes, and a decoded QR. Nobody outside the build has looked at these four faces at true size, and no proof has been printed.

    Needs: Kimberly (design review)
