What the deal actually is

A local contractor, backed by a global wildfire defense brand.

Prodigy designs, sells and supports engineered wildfire sprinkler systems. We do not want to be the crew in every state — we want the best local contractor in each region installing to our standard. That is the whole arrangement.

You install. We engineer.
Every system arrives fully engineered — hydraulic calculations, head layout, pipe sizing, materials schedule. You are never asked to design a wildfire system or carry that liability. You build to an approved plan set.

Work comes to you, priced and sold.
Prodigy generates the demand, runs the consultation, and closes the customer. You receive scheduled, funded work orders — not leads to chase and not a bid war.

Materials supplied to spec.
Equipment and materials are procured against the bill of materials for the job and delivered either to the property or to your shop, so your crews are not sourcing parts.

Paid per completed work order.
Scope, labor allowance and schedule are agreed before your crew mobilizes. Submit the completion report and photos through the partner portal and the work order moves to invoice.

Trained and credentialed.
Installation training, install standards, commissioning procedure and ongoing technical support. Your team becomes certified on the system, not just handed a manual.

Recurring seasonal revenue.
Every system needs spring activation and winterization. Installed systems in your territory become an annual service route.

Licensed, insured crews. Installation to the issued plan set. Site safety and site cleanliness. Honest completion reporting. That is it — the design, the sale, the customer relationship and the warranty position stay with Prodigy.
